St Marks Hall – New Partnership with The Design Cabin Community C.I.C

Rochford Parish Council is pleased to announce that with effect from 1st April 2025 it is entering into a lease with The Design Cabin Community C.I.C to take over the day-to-day management of St Marks Hall. The Design Cabin Community C.I.C is a not-for-profit operating in Rochford with a mission to build local wealth, develop individual’s skills and create local entrepreneurial opportunities. This change will enable the building to continue to be used for community purposes and allow for funding to be obtained to secure its use for the future.
Current bookings are being honoured with minimal changes for three months and the Council is very pleased to say that both St Marks Food Drop in and the Community Supermarket will be continuing as usual.
