Rochford Christmas Festival of Light

The ‘Rochford Christmas Festival of Light’ will be on Sunday 5th December, this is to replace the usual ‘Christmas Festival and Light switch on’.  The lights will be turned on during the previous week as due to Covid we’d like to avoid having a huge gathering at one particular time for public safety reasons.

The event will run from 2pm until 5pm with the Christmas Elf and Christmas Fairy Stiltwalkers, Santa himself and Arts & Crafts in the WI Hall free for all children.  The WI Ladies will be selling tea, coffee and cakes for the Mums and Dads whilst you wait.

There will be entertainment on stage hosted by Peter Holmes starting at 3pm including Oliver Tabor with his magic, singing, Christmas music, snow, games and prizes.  The main prize is a family ticket for 4 to see Cinderella at the Cliffs Pavilion.
